Also known as Bai Mudan or White Peony, this exceptional white tea is highly regarded in China for its distinct, delicate character and slightly floral notes.
Newly-formed buds are picked, along with the two adjacent leaves, and these are then allowed to wither naturally in the sun. The resultant tea is light with a honeyed sweetness and peony flavours.
Brew at approximately 80 degrees C and always drink without milk.
