Literally translated as 'Iron Goddess of Mercy', this superb semi-fermented tea from the Fujian province is named after a Buddhist deity.
The leaves are subjected to an intricate and lengthy production process which results in a tea that is mellow and sweet with a warm, mildly toasted flavour and a light floral character.
